Does the battery include a built-in BMS (Battery Management System)?

Yes, Every Odipie LiFePO₄ battery is equipped with an advanced Battery Management System (BMS) that protects against overcharge, over-discharge, over-voltage, over-current, short-circuit, high and low temperature, Low battery warning issues, ensuring safety and longer service life.

What is the cutoff voltage for charging and discharging?

Each model has specific parameters. For example, a 12.8V battery typically charges end at 14.4V–14.6V,The operating voltage ranges 10V - 14.6V. Please refer to the product datasheet for specific models

Do you provide OEM or customized battery solutions?

Yes, we specialize in OEM & ODM services, offering custom voltage, capacity, size, shell, connector and communication methods & interfaces. Our R&D team will work closely with you to design a solution that fits your exact requirements.

What is your warranty policy?

We offer a 2–5 year warranty depending on the model, along with professional technical support and replacement for quality issues (Non-human operational errors).

Are your lifepo4 batteries maintenance-free?

Yes, our LiFePO₄ batteries are completely maintenance-free.
They don’t require watering, equalizing, or cleaning of terminals like lead-acid batteries.

Can I connect multiple batteries in series or parallel?

Yes. You can connect our batteries in series to increase voltage up to 51.2V or in parallel to expand capacity. Contact us for configuration recommendations to ensure balanced performance and BMS compatibility.

What battery voltage ranges do you offer?

We offer a full range of LiFePO₄ deep-cycle batteries to meet different system requirements:

12V series – ideal for RV, marine, and small solar systems

24V series – for trolling motors, mobility, and mid-size solar setups

36V & 48V series – for golf carts, power storage, and larger off-grid systems

60V &72V series – for high-power applications such as e-motorcycle or industrial equipment

All models are built with Grade A prismatic LiFePO₄ cells, integrated BMS protection

Are your batteries true deep-cycle?

Yes, our batteries are true deep-cycle LiFePO₄ batteries. They are mostly designed with prismatic lithium iron phosphate cells that support deep discharge and full recharge cycles without reducing lifespan. Each battery can typically achieve over 3,000–6,000 cycles at DOD 80% , making them ideal for applications such as RV, marine, solar, and off-grid systems where long-lasting, stable performance is essential.

What is the typical lifespan or cycle life of your LiFePO₄ batteries?

Our Cell cycle life ranges from 3000-8000cycles, different cell brand different cycles.

With proper use, Odipie LiFePO₄ batteries last 8–10 years of reliable service, depending on the depth of discharge and environmental conditions.

What are the advantages of LiFePO₄ compared to lead-acid batteries?

LiFePO₄ batteries offer higher energy efficiency, faster charging, and a much longer lifespan — typically over 3000–6000 cycles, compared to 300–500 cycles for lead-acid. They are also lightweight, maintenance-free, and environmentally friendly.
